At the Humanitarian Legal Assistance Project LLC, we are committed to providing representation for Afghan refugees through the U.S. immigration process. We can also direct refugees in need to other crucial support through our network of partners.
We focus our efforts on Afghans left behind in Afghanistan and third countries. Please join us in our efforts to help those who gave everything for their country and ours.

1. We work closely with at-risk Afghans. Through careful coordination of our volunteers they can begin to put their lives together and make plans for their next steps.
2. When we have a plan and international support, we evacuate our afghan allies to a third country where they can formally begin the Humanitarian Parole and/or P2 process. As this step can only be taken when they leave Afghanistan, we prepare all documents in advance for rapid processing.
3. When Humanitarian Parole and/or P2 is approved, our Afghan allies can come to the United States to enjoy long-delayed security and safety. Our network of community partners and sponsors will help them re-establish themselves in a new land.
